The PPSG Knowledge Base or otherwise known as "The Exploratory" is the knowledge hub that we use to gather customer information, manage new and existing customers, utilize technical advisories as well as manuals from the Tech Hub, and our central engineering section of PPSG. 

 

The Exploratory is the one stop shop for all information regarding the agents troubleshooting needs. The field delivery engineers also have the tools to access the exploratory and download manuals, troubleshooting guides, and tips for all service calls they run.
