This depot area is a holding area for items we transfer to the live depot and repair section.
In our Depot Live Area, we have 2 onsite technicians that perform technical operations on items from the field. The items are repaired and added back into storage here in our warehouse.
This area is a locked area similar to the upstairs warehouse area where we keep all items under lock and key.

Our depot and warehouse is part of PPSG's extended customer support plan. Each device that is collected in these areas, such as the printers/laptops/servers/etc. our clients us on a daily basis, have onsite service repairs completed and placed into storage for future calls. This onhand stock allows us to send out these whole units and minimizes downtime for our clients and allows for onhand stock in the event that a customer has an issue that places them in a critical situation that requires immediate resolution.

The Depot receives the equipment that is sent in from the field technicans and it is placed in our depot holding area. We assign a new ticket for the equipment and then move it over to our Live depot environment where our onsite field technicians work on the units. Once the unit are in working condition, we then move those units over to the Warehouse for holding until they are needed again.

The warehouse is the general holding location with over 15,000 square feet of space that we use for our clients/customers equipment.
